Lizard island, Dunk Island, Hayman Island, which one?
going to Australia in late August early September and thinking of
staying for a few days at one of these islands. Is one better worse then any of the others? |

Hayman Island is superb and hugely expensive.
Lizard Island is exclusive, not as pampering as Hayman. Dunk is a fun, beautiful place - moderate in terms of cost and levels of accommodation and service. Any one of them will be very enjoyable. Do a Google - all 3 have sites. "badchess" wrote in message oups.com... going to Australia in late August early September and thinking of staying for a few days at one of these islands. Thanks, mate. Looking for nice snorkleing, without high cost and
travel effort. Pampering not required, and no particular desire to sell body organs to afford the place. |

Fitzroy Island off Cairns and Long Island in the Whitsundays may be worth a look for lower cost options. |
