Questions about the Handspan tour to Ha Long Bay

I have another question that I hope someone can help me with.
I got the link to the motor cycle company from the Handspan web site
and there is always a lot of posts about them on the thorn tree.
The LP gives them especially good write ups and says that they are
*small group* specialists.

I checked out their web site and it appears that they don't have their
own boat. The boat they use is from their *sister* company and carries
38 people.

This is not exactly the picture that I got from the many posts on LP
or the guide books including the rough guide and also there is no
price on the site ?

In Vietnam is this a small group ?

Also I don't want to be sold off to someone else as a friend of mine
says this is very common in Vietnam.

The boat looks nice but it is just that I'm a bit unsure about the
group size.

Please help.
