Resorts for Summer visit to Finland and/or Norway - Suggestions
Does anyone have any recommendation for summer resorts in Finland
and/or Norway My wife and I (early sixties) would like to spend a week or so at a home base in the country where there are activities as well as pleasant quarters (we're well beyond the hostel stage). Our ideal would be: - On a stream or lake system where we can kayak - English-speaking enough that we can cope - Good walking/hiking territory - Not too many biting bugs - Near some sort of classical music activity - Good food - Pleasant, private rooms Any suggestions would be appreciated - particularly URL's where we can check out your recommendations. |
