What you may not know is your job may be on the line when it happens.
This is not to say how big is the airline industry and how many people
it employs. Economic activities generated by tourism and business
travel amount to astronomical dollar figures across the globe.

are gasoline engines coming to an end? Environmental groups would like them
to. (the engine will cease to exist when either fuel is unavailable or a
more convenient/less expensive source of power is discovered)
