Default Canyoning in the blue mountains?

Hi,

Me and my friend are currently staying in Sydney but are interested in
doing some canyoning (or canyoneering, whatever it is called) in the
blue mountains. Where are the best spots? How much does it generally
cost? We willl be moving up and down the east coats so it doesnt
necessarily have to be around Sydney.

Thanks

Burnsy
