Default NTSB and Pricess fire

The NTSB is only there to gather info, they have no real authority on a
British Vessel, but are included in investigation as guest.

I don't understand your comment. I don't believe I read anything to indicate
NTSB was acting on any authority in the accident. However, I did read that
NTSB was assisting UK MAIB in the investigation by sending an investigator.
Do you have a source that says otherwise?
