"Avoid KLM like the plague - it is not a full service airline, it is an
Easyjet. I took a return trip from Heathrow to Copenhagen via Amsterdam.
Getting there took 8 hours after endless delays. Getting back was a little
shorter, although our bags did not follow us home. There were twenty of us
all waiting at the baggage claim. My bag turned up, couriered 2 days later,
after they had been tampered with. KLM's response a typical 'too bad please
fly with us again' Simply not good enough. Passengers pay for a set deal, it
is not delivered.

AMS-BKK-AMS in C Class. Flight attendants and airport staff as usual grumpy
and unhelpful. As I cannot sleep in airplanes, I walked around C Class
quietly, when I was requested to go back to my seat as it was in the middle
of the night and passengers wanted to sleep. The seats are okay, but staff
of KLM really ruin the whole experience.

DXB-AMS-DUB (codeshare Aer Lingus) on numerous occasions. I find KLM to be
one of the poorest airlines flying this route, the seats are unconfortable
and the interior decor gives you a headache! The food has always been poor -
last time we flew this route they charged us for everything over 20kgs with
no leeway whatsoever, usually they let you over a bit.

Amsterdam-Manchester early December. Had breakfast on board but what
happened to the fresh rolls with decent fillings? The rolls were artificial
yellow colour, stodgy, filled with jam and, would you believe it, chocolate
buttons! I saw that most passengers skipped the chocolate button rolls..."
