has some excellent seaside resorts but with a ban
on alcohol in place its unlikely to get any club 18-30
resorts in the near future.

I will be definately visiting Morocco this year, and I think it's very
likely that I'll be visiting albania - I'm not sure why it's a
surprise?

Libya has one of the best preserved Roman ruins, one of the only
significant Greek ruins remaining, the Sahara desert, and a capital
city that few Westerners have seen. It won't be the next Ibiza by any
means, but I can see it attracting travellers who are interested in the
ancient world or in Arab/Islamic culture.

There are plenty of countries around with similar attractions. It is
the hinderances that matter, not least of which would be the airfare
to an unpopular place.

Because Albania has such a silly name, and a crap reputation that no
one wants to go there, unless it's because no one wants to go there.
