The Army took into a special corps European born soldiers
to train for questioning capture enemy soldiers.
These people often knew little about the USA and its culture
having spent only a few years in the US and also had accented
English. They sometimes got into trouble with some MP asked
them this type of question.

in Hispanic communities and don't even speak English well.

The one way around this is to have a national ID card.

laid off prosecuting those that hire them. The populist
