Default Orlando Florida Car rental ( Budget)

I got this quote off Budget site:
Additional Items (included in Approximate Total Charges)
Tax 6.50 %
PRIVILEGE FEE IF ARRIVING ON A FLIGHT WITHIN 48 HOURS: 9.50 %
Vehicle license fee recovery 3.70 USD
Rental Surcharge 20.30 USD

What is a PRIVILEGE FEE ??? Is that a Florida charge ? or Budget ?

Best to contact Budget to ask, but I think its a tax that Orlando city
government charges.

I wonder how they manage the data. Does it count if any driver fits?
All the drivers? The CC holder?

It sounds like a mess.

When you rent at the Orlando airport check that the pickup/dropoff
point isn't out in the country. It took us over an hour at Alamo
because the lines were so long and then they had to bus us so far.

Alamo is definitely "off-site". Budget and a bunch of others are a short
walk across the street from the terminal to the car. The very BEST
alternative is to get a membership that allows you to get in the fast line
at the terminal, or just walk across the street, get in a car, and present
your membership card, drivers license, and credit card at the gate, and then
just drive away.
