I'm surprised terrorists would attempt to blow up planes again as they
are by far the most difficult target and there are much easier pickings
available.

They were arrested in their homes and there's been no time yet to
interrogate them properly, but how did they know they were going to
target aircraft? I suppose it must have been when they all went off and
bought tickets to America but it will be interesting to know why they
weren't arrested long before that.

We, the brits that is, have been told that a terrorist attack is
imminent. They obviously haven't caught them all then. Why not if
they're so clever? Why did they let some of them get away in the first
place? Do they know what they look like? What their names are?
Shouldn't they put out photo's of them so we can look out for them?

Is our Commander in Chief going to address us from the poolside, if he
can sober up long enough? I'm so glad that he managed to get away just
in the nick of time.

What ****es me off is that I want to know how the negotiations are
going on at the UN. It's bad enough that all the news programmes
yesterday led on the Camilla bug story, including newsnight. I hope
that this story isn't going to get the Forest Gate treatment.
That went on all day long. There is no excuse blacking out all other
news. I noticed as well that when John Reed and gave his news
conference this morning that it was impossible to hear what questions
the Journalists were asking due to a faulty P.A. system. They need to
get that fixed straight away.

There are easier pickings, but for a limited number of targets,
airplanes are an excellent (excellent, that is, for nutcase terrorists)
way to disrupt a much larger area. 9/11 only involved 4 airplanes, yet
shut down airtravel in the US for a week.

Simple, to try and learn as much about the organization as possible.
They wait as long as they can to find all of their contacts and see who
else might be involved.
