Gram's Place - Tampa Bay Florida

I've found this place as the alternative hostel for a very small price, so I would like to know has anyone been here, or know someone who has, or he heard any comments about it. Generally it's look cool, probably it's clean and safe but still I would like to hear any information from the first hand. Best regards
