Learn diving. Here is a decent diving school:

Ask for Mr Dogan Halit. He speaks flawless English. He taught me diving back
in 1995.

I agree with Turan's suggestion of diving; it's got some of the best spots in Cyrpus in my opinion! Haven't used that school though so can't comment on that.

Something else you should try is turtle watching - you can go to Alagadi Beach about 10 miles away from Kyrenia but there are a fair few other spots along the North Cyprus coast too. Truly spectacular in the right conditions!

You could also do a day trip to St. Hilarion castle - very impressive.
