Default All inclusive in the USA

The US has some beautiful tropical areas. Why don't we have some
all-inclusive resorts? I found a couple that say they were but they
were more like summer camp for the family. I've been to a resort in
Jamaica. I want something like that but in the US. Does anything
like that exist? Maybe I'm just missing it.
