Netherlands in November - Weather?
It looks like now I won't be going to The Netherlands until about
November 1 and will stay until the 25. I really want to casually bicycle for at least a 4 or 5 hours a day. Will it be told cold for wearing sneakers? I don't want to be wearing insulated boots or anything. I'll bring a hat and gloves and a windproof jacket with a wool mid layer. Will bicycle be fun in this weather or will I be confined inside drinking hot coco? |
