Transit in Libya

Someone ave travel with AFRIQIYAH AIRWAYS from Europe and transit via
Tripoli (Libya) for another country in central- africa .

Transit Visa is it required for Canadian travers if i'm live only 4h
in libya?

Last week, Libyan ambassy in Tunis talk to me : I need tourist visa
and tourist visa is delivred only for group of 4 persons and no visa
is dileverd otside Canada for Canadien traveler also it's not possible
to transit by tripoli from Tunis for me.

AFRIQIYAH AIRWAYS (Paris) talk as no ploblem for visa, it is no need
for transit.

Libyan Ambassy at Ottawa in Canada dont understand my poor english and
arabic and i'm dont undersant her poor english
