In article , gian maria says...
Please, I'm looking for information about Borneo Tribal People. Where they are in the Borneo, in wich area? They are all over Borneo. How they conserve today their old culture? Can only speak for the Malaysian part of Borneo. Apparently the only people who conserve their culture are the the Penan - hunters who live in the forest. But all the other ones are pretty much civilised. Wheare are people that are most far from touristit roads? I would try the Indonesian part of Borneo, which (probably) is less touristy. -- Alfred Molon http://www.molon.de/Galleries.htm - Photos from Myanmar, Brunei, Malaysia, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Nepal, Egypt, Germany, Austria, Prague, Budapest, Singapore and Portugal |

You might want to have a look at this website telling a lot about the Penan
people and someone who fell in love with them. http://www.bmf.ch/ Tom |
