Check on the various travel-related web sites and see which airline offers a flight that's most convenient for you at a price you can afford, then you will know. |

Thanks so much for your nice helpful reply. As you may have gathered, I'm
not a frequent flyer. On Jan 5 2008 8:02 PM, James Robinson wrote: "seumas" wrote: I live in NY but in April I'm at my friend's wedding in Phoenix AZ. What is the best airline to get to LAS. US Airways or Southwest. Both offer non-stop flights, and prices are competitive. (Check both on the particular day you want to travel, as either can jump in price, depending on demand.) If you need flexibility, Southwest typically offers less restrictive ticketing. ----* RecGroups : the community-oriented newsreader : www.recgroups.com |

PHX-LAS - either Southwest or US Airways. Both have what amounts to hourly
service. "seumas" wrote in message ... I live in NY but in April I'm at my friend's wedding in Phoenix AZ. What is the best airline to get to LAS. ----- : the next generation of web-newsreaders : http://www.recgroups.com |

Southwest typically offers less restrictive ticketing.
But a far more restrictive dress code. On Southwest? Not hardly, that airline is the original flying homeless. It's considered a good SWA flight when you are not in the proximity of someone with a body order level that causes your eyes to water. |

Umm.. you do happen to know that "SWA" is the company's ICAO code, while "WN" is the IATA code, right? Both are used, but the IATA code is the one mainly used by travelers, while ICAO is used by pilots and ATC. Not to cause an argument, but this was very well close to pot/kettle/black.
