We have available a high quality apartment in a period building in the
centre of Rome. Located in the 'Prati' district, it is just a few minutes
walk from the Vatican .

Details: the apartment comprises of one double bedroom, one twin-bedded
room, a large living/dining room with a sofa bed and TV, a fully equipped
kitchen (fridge/freezer, gas cooker and oven ) and a recently refurbished
bathroom with bath and shower. We can comfortably accommodate up to 5/6
peoples.

Bedding: bedding, kitchen linen and towels are supplied.

Heating: the heating is centrally controlled for the whole apartment block
and is switched on between the months of November and April.

Accessibility: with its central location, the apartment is within close
walking distance of underground/subway stations (Lepanto and Ottaviano S.
Pietro) and bus stops for both regional and national lines. In the parallel
street, "Via Cola di Rienzo" there is a busy shopping centre, including a
supermarket and under cover market.

Access for the disabled: although the apartment is on the third floor, there
is a lift available. However, the entrance to the lift is narrow and NOT
accessible to wheelchairs. There are also four steps leading from the lift
to the front door.

The cost of gas, water, electricity and heating is included in rental
charges.

Prices: rates are economical for this location and vary above and below 100
euros per day depending upon season, number of guests and weeks of rental.
The apartment is let preferably on a weekly basis, from Saturday to
Saturday, starting at 16.00 hours and finishing at 10.30 unless otherwise
agreed (to allow for final cleaning). However, it may be possible to
consider a weekend let or longer lets if necessary.
