Port Canaveral to Orlando airport cost

My wife and I return from our cruise on 2-21. We fly out of Orlando.
What is the cost per person to take a bus from Port Canaveral to MCO
(Orlando). We are considering renting a car because our flight does not
leave intil 6:00PM. Just trying to figure out the better way to go.
Rental car about $40.00 to pick up in Port Canaveral area and drop off
in MCO.

$40 seems like a good deal. I can't imagine you'd find anything less
expensive for the two of you. Check out the company Mears
Transportation - I know they run a shuttle between Pt. Canaveral and
MCO. See what their prices are.

Personally, I'd stick with the $40 car...gives you the freedom to do a
little sightseeing, rather than just getting a ride to the airport. I
don't think you'll have enough time to visit one of the theme parks
(at least, not enough time to get your money's worth), but I'd look
into visiting Kennedy Space Center, which can be enjoyed even if you
don't have a full day.

Hi Bernie, I'm on the same cruise. Called mears they said sign up at the
dock and wait for the next bus, it's $19 per person from the port to the
airport. Since you have plenty of time a rental might not be a bad idea but
you'll probably chew up a couple of hours between picking it up and dropping
it off.
