Need travel help - Europe / Spain

We are a family from the US.

We would like to go on an escorted tour of Europe.
Approx 7 to 15 days.

We would like to start the tour from Spain. Would such tours starting
in Spain be conducted in English?

Would any one recommend or know of such escorted tours?

Please let me know.

Would Spain be warm in December?

Thanks in advance for your help,

Irfan Smith

Do not know the answer to your main question it is not the type of holiday
we go to Spain for from here in the UK.
We go for Sun, Sea and Sand in the summer time.
Having said that we are going to Spain for Christmas to Benidorm on the
Costa Blanca from past visits at this time of year we would expect it to be
like a UK Spring day.
In the past we found along the coast we found the temperature to be ok but
walk inland after say after 10 mins we found we had to return to hotel for a
top jacket, it is strange how much warmer it feels along the Mediterranean
coast.
We have always found the Spanish people very helpful and most in the holiday
areas will know some English at least. This year we stayed for 2 weeks in a
Spanish hotel where no one spoke English, the staff really worked hard to
make sure we had all we needed and were happy with everything in the hotel,
after a few days we were being greeted with with basic terms as Good Morning
etc.
Hope you find what you are after.
Regards
David
