A Very Different Thanksgiving
I will be fixing Thanksgiving dinner tomorrow ala South Beach diet
style. I gained 10 lbs on a 10 day cruise. I`m sure I heard my scale groan when I stepped on it. Food on the Horizon was really good........but those Martinis were special. What do others do to keep their eating under control when on a cruise? ~Dory~ |

I always lose weight on cruises. I am so much more active and eat healthy
on them. "Dory Samuels" wrote in message ... I will be fixing Thanksgiving dinner tomorrow ala South Beach diet style. I gained 10 lbs on a 10 day cruise. A Very Different Thanksgiving
For me it's a matter of attitude. When I'm at home I have a refrigerator
full of food. But I don't sit in front of it and eat all day just because it's there. So when I'm on a ship, I realized that just because the food is there, I don't have to eat it all. -- Alan Rosenbaum Independent Cruise Specialist CruiseOne www.cruiseone.com/arosenbaum "Dory Samuels" wrote in message ... Daily walks on deck, workouts in the gym, and hours of moving on the dance floor every night, leaves little time for pigging out. Howie |

Simple. I just eat the chocolate stuff and skip the rest.

It isn't just a matter of "not minding" being fat. It's a matter of =
wanting to live my life enjoying good health.
