Franks has scripted: Across Canada and the USA, Edmonton Canada is desperately trying to get suckers/tourists to visit. Notice that all the paid publicity conveniently omits all the information regarding the fact that it is the MURDER CAPITAL OF CANADA, per Statistics Canada. They fail to report on the corrupt and criminal officers of the local constabulary, who are so crooked, even the chief had to lay charges against some of the rogue cops!! Edmonton did not even get a mention on the list of most livable cities, justifiably so!
