suit rental
Hi I'll arrive in Melbourne next week from France. I'll attend a seminar
(named "Sustaining Prosperity") held at the university of Melbourne with important people like the minester for education. I'd like to know if I need to bring my own suit or if it's possible to rent a suit for 2 days. If it is, does anyone know how much it costs and where I've to go? Thank you in advance |

Thank you in advance There are plenty of men's formal wear rental shops, but most of these cater mainly to people who want to rent a suit for a wedding or formal ball/dinner. However, many will probably also have business suits for hire. Here are some examples: http://www.formalwearmelb.auz.com/ http://www.blacktieclassic.com.au/suits_01.htm I don't know what typical prices are - email them and find out. Tom |

However, I can't see any reason why your own suit shouldn't be fine unless you've had it since you were a hippy in the seventies. Even then... Cheers, Alan, Australia |
