I think the problem is that Bush, this guy you claimed failed, is now in
a statistical tie with Obama, the guy in office right now and the guy
who'll have to run for re-election in a couple of years. Bush doesn't
have to ever run for any election, his legacy is all that matters. That
is plainly improving.
