We booked with them to go upto Kenya. Even though we are from Australia it
was still cheaper to book from them then someone local
They are based in South Africa but also have another on the ground in Uganda
that specialises in Gorilla Trekking.
All our emails were answered in a timely manner (no waiting around for days
on end checking to see if someone has responded to an email

I am reading through this right now.

My wife and I are planning to go on Safari somewhere between August 21st -
September 11th. I of course want to see the wildebeest migration and then go
gorilla trekking. I will send them some mail and see how long it takes them to
respond.
