Media across Canada are moaning that this year will see a drastic drop
in
tourism, caused by the obscene gas prices in communist Canada.

With the oil companies recording their highest profits in history - in
BILLIONS, places such as Alberta Canada, and even Ontariario
deserve to have their tourism industry go down the toilet, with no
tourists
prepared to get ripped off for $5 gallon gasoline!!

The malls will be mainly vacant, since the tourists, and even locals,
will
not
be able to afford the gas for their RVs and motorhomes, or even for the
cars!

If the price of Oil doubles, why do the Oil companies make more
profit? It's just the base cost of their product. If gasoline prices
should go up 10¢ a litre they raise them 15¢ a litre -- otherwise how
do they make more profit just because the price of Oil goes up?

Their refining profits are not increasing. Fact is they are not very
good
ROI. Overall they run on an about 8% ROI, on the low side for most large
business. Citigroup, etc. use to run on about 34% profit. The oil
companies make more money from the price of a barrel of crude, that they
own
in the ground going up. When you sell your house, ar you going to sell
for
what you paid for it, as the 400% increase in price is too much?

Exxon ends up after paying over 29 billion in taxes at a 10% rate of
return which is quite nice.

And you get 5% putting money in a bank. No work required. And their
plant and physical assets are $120,000,000,000. Citigroup made 35% profit
before the mortgage meltdown. If you think you could do gas better and
cheaper build a company and get-r-done.
