Default accommodations, Quebec City

Will throw self at mercy of group in seeking accommodations in Q. for 3 days
in October. The best places seem to be full for my dates and am considering
the following:Place d'Armes,Manoir de la Tour,Chateau de Pierre. I have
consulted tripadvisor but would be interested in knowing if anyone has other
ideas or suggestion. TIA, JW

My preference has always been the Chateau Frontenac.

I really liked the Antoine in the lower city and if you have the money the
St Germaine is very nice. the St Pierre has tremendous breakfast but the
rooms are a little barren for my tastes.
