Can anyone recomend a hotel/motel that doesn't cost $300+ that provides
shuttle service from the airport and to the Pier.

None of the Downtown hotels provide shuttles from the airport, some may shuttle
to the piers. Easy cabs either way if needed. From airport at least $25ca+++
to downtown, most all cabs take credit cards for the best exchange.
Especially in Vancouver Priceline is the way to go. There have been
consistantly great deals, go to www.biddingfortravel.com If you want a
specific hotel, the downtown Days Inn is a basic hotel but with an excellent
location.

We're staying at the Hampton Inn near the stadium. The AAA rate was not
horrible. They don't have an airport shuttle, but I found that LimoJet
Gold Express charges about $42 to the airport, $50 to the pier. As we're 4
people, this comes out cheaper than taking the airport shuttle and we don't
have to worry about our ton of luggage. The hotel does say they have a
shuttle to downtown, so I hope it includes the pier.

Ana, onboard the Zaandam tomorrow.
