Air travel is ending. According to Glenn Beck, the environmental
czar of England is rationing air travel and limiting how much a family
can travel in a year. This is effective in Europe and soon will be
effective here, too.

Do you have a real source for that?

Boeing is working on airplanes that are to be powered by horse and cow
manure.

And Airbus is working on aircraft to be powered by a mixture of low
quality wine and surplus brie cheese

This will solve the environmental issues and allow cheap flights.

They should triple the fares and CHARGE anyone who occupies a seat, even
brats, full fare. There is nothing wrong with staying at home more.

Been a long time. Now we're going from "car free" to "plane free"?? What's
next?

I'm trying hard to make some sense of your posting. Glenn Beck seems to be
some TV/radio commentator so that's hardly a credible source. Who is the
environmental czar of England supposed to be? Where is the rationing of
air travel?
How is it effective in Europe and where is "here" (since you don't say where
you are from.)

Put in a Google Groups search for "Matt Casey" and "Joey Jolley" All your
questions will be answered.

I, like the other readers, would like to see a confirmation of this.

Most airline travel is for business, and I can't imagine how business
travel would be limited in this fashion in these economic times.

A business associate flew in from Paris to San Francisco last week,
and said the plane was nearly empty. He also paid 600 euro for his
tickets, with only a two-day advance purchase.
