Yes. I once posted the name and address of my favourite Indonesian
restaurant here in Amsterdam on rec.travel.europe. Next thing I noticed was
that 1) the number of tourists (especially Americans) went up dramatically
in that restaurant; 2) prices went up; 3) quality went down. I don't want
similar things to happen to "my" hotel.
