acceptable to 'roach motel.'



We plan to stay for 4 nights in October and the rates are almost half

of what the other moderate brand name hotels nearby or in the Times

Square area want.

Have a look at the reviews at www.tripadvisor.com - just type in New York
Penn in the search box and you'll find it there.
13/14 reviews find it pretty disgusting.

No facilities
Dirty
Tiny Rooms
Leaky bathroom fittings
Even the roaches had moved out

In short dont stay there
