Sapphire Princess in Just 2 Days!!!!

Hi all

We are leaving for LGB in the morning where we will overnight before
cruising on the Sapphire Princess out the Port of Los Angeles(San
Perido). We will also be staying a there one night after returning
from the cruise. While there we are staying at the Courtyard by
Marriot, as we were able to book it, as part of package for a good
price. Just wondering other than the eateries at the hotel what might
be recommended by those in this group. We are open to just about
anything. Also looking to see what the must sees in Long Beach.
