Waitomo Caves: which tour company to use?

In January 2007, my fiancee and I will be traveling a bit around the
the North Island. We plan to spend a day in the Waitomo Caves area.
We're both adventurous and fit, and we want to make the most of our day
there, so we have begun looking at the information on the Internet that
