NG Question or Sugestion

May I ask

All posts to this NG are pre Screened correct?
Well It is my opinion that all posts should go directly to the NG. I believe
it would speed up questions and answers.
We live in a fast paced world where we stand in front of the Microwave
saying HURRY UP.
Waiting so long for some posts to appear can be detrimental to the group as
a whole and greatly reduce interest overall.
The moderator can still remove posts at a later time instead of screening
them.

This is just my opinion.
Sorry if anyone is offended it is not my intension I just enjoy this NG and
would like to see it grow.

Sorry, but this is a moderated group and so posts from new users will have to go through a human. But those of you who have posted several times are eligible to get pre-approved status so that your posts do go straight to the group.

As to removing posts at a later time that is not practical with news groups since each news server has its own copy of the post.
