Default Air courier & career....

Does anyone know if you can actually make money out of being an air
courier?. I am aware that you can get discounts on flights etc, but
has anyone actually had any experience with doing it for a living?, do
any companies actually pay you significant amounts to deliver packages
etc overseas?.

any info would be appreciated.

To generalize, "no". That said I will tell you that I had a friend that
hand delivered classified material internationally as part of his job.
He was in the military, but that isn't the kind of job a recruiter can
guarantee you. A majority of his work was done by air, some commericial,
some military air, with some of the latter being down by helicopter or
COD plane to ships at sea.

Not only can you not make money, but most of the time you barely save
anything over discounted airfares.

If you want to be paid to be a courier, this is the job for you:
