Default A frame towbars - Where to get one built in Melbourne

Hi All,

My Father-in-Law has a 40ft Leyland bus that he has just converted
into a very nice motorhome. He has also brought a Suzuki Sierra that
he wants to tow off the back of the motorhome via an "A frame". He
has tried a few companies in Melbourne to get one built, but has hit a
brickwall every time. Does anyone have any leads in Melbourne where he
could get one built or plans for an A frame that he could could show
to the possible companies? He has checked with the RTA and yes it can
be done!

Thanks

Someone must make them as there are plenty of Tractor/back hoe drivers who
use their back hoe to pull around their car to get home in at night, jif ob
isnt finished and they need to go back next day to finish digging job.
