Default Cheapest way to travel from Auckland city to airport

Can anyone please tell me how to get to Auckland Airport from the city
cheapest method other than walking? Thanks. Auckland dont seem to run the
metro card as Christchurch does where bus ride to the airport is only like
$5

Think your going have to pay the $15 on the air bus thats the cheapest there
is.

Airbus is an option.

It costs around 15 dollar a person (12 and drops people off at various
location in the city. Bus leaves from the international terminal.

If you travelling in a group (more then 2) you might want to get a
cab. They say it costs around 40 dollars to get a cab, but it doesnt
hurt to ask.
