Need info on hotel in Japan (Ebisu).

Need help in getting some info on a hotel in Tokyo (Ebisu). I usually
travel on business once a quater to Asia hitting Japan as my last stop
(Osaka and Tokyo). I then usually stay a few days in Tokyo. I usually
stay at the Westin in Ebisu using my Starwood bonus points. I have
finally used up most of the points to get a couple nights stay and I
am looking to find a low cost alternative to the Westin in Ebisu.

I have found a reference to a hotel called "Hotel Excellent Ebisu" but
can't seem to get any online info on the hotel. "Hotel Excellent
Ebisu" doesn't show up in my corporate travel office database to even
book the hotel.

Can anyone help? I have found one reference so far with just a phone
number but I would like to see a pic of the rooms as well as the
property. I'm a bit cocerned that "Hotel Excellent Ebisu" might
actually be a Love Hotel.

It doesn't seem to have its own website, but the Japanese Mapion site has
photos. It's not a love hotel.

Indeed, it's a medium-class city (business) hotel (very different from
Westin!). Single room is 8,700 yen (plus 5% tax). It has a cafe-restaurant,
drugstore and bar on site. Very conveniently situated opposite the west exit
of Ebisu station (opposite side to Garden Place where Westin is).
