USAirways cancels all afternoon flights on Thanksgiving

Is it normal for them to cancel all flights after 2 PM? I am surprised to
find out my flight is cancelled and they assign me to an earlier flight when
I logined to their web site. They didn't give me a choice. Just assigned me.
Do I have to pay change fee if I don't like the earlier flight?

Call them and tell them that you are not satisfied.

You certainly can cancel without a problem.
