Hi,

Bloody Hell, that sounds expensive, for a couple it would be $380 plus 2 x
$85 (for optional extras), making a total of $550 per day, which must be
around Rp 5m per day. Have I missed a few decimal places ?

Even on extravagant trips I doubt if I've managed to exceed Rp 100,000 per
day for two of us. For Rp 5m a day you could rent Java.
