Picasso Travel
I posted a while back about an outfit called Swiss Made Tours, which no one
here said they'd heard of. I found out why--it's a new offshoot of Picasso Travel. They're offering an incredibly cheap air/hotel package to Switzerland (www.swissmadetours.com) that I want to take advantage of. But I'm having a hell of a time getting anyone at either Swiss Made or Picasso to talk to me. Every phone message and email I leave, I'm essentially telling them the money is theirs if only they'll call me back. I actually have spoken to a live person once during this process, so I know they haven't suddenly gone out of business or pulled the offer. I also got the info from him that the dates I want are available. Has anyone had any experience--good or bad--with Picasso Travel? Is this par for the course? Thanks, Cate |
