Default Yellowstone Area Cabins

Hi,

Can anyone recommend a nice place to rent a cabin for a long weekend in
the Yellowstone area? Preferably within an hour's drive of the park? I'm
looking for just a small cabin, one or two bedrooms. Not too rustic, but not
too top end.

Thanks for any suggestions in advance,

pav

Go to the NPS web site and look for lodging. The odds are you'll
have to take whatever is going if your reservation is for this year.

Check commercial guidebooks for the park for cabin descriptions in park
accomodations. The lodging reservation web site is sparce on useful
descriptions.

I like the Roosevelt Lodge Roughrider cabins.

Thanks, I didn't really expect to get something in the park this time of
year, but I understand there are a lot of commercial places around West
Yellowstone and further out. Anyone any experience of this?

Thanks,

pav
