SA by car

Hallo to everybody.
In august I'll go to southafrica and there i'll rent a car to visti this
country on the road.
Does anybody knows any site wher i could find maps and calculate the km
between cities?

Hi Paolo,

Try as a start the web site at http://www.shellgeostar.co.za/ where you can
use their "plan your route" function. You will be able to buy a suitable
detailed road map once in South Africa (probably at the airport).

Also, all the good rental companies will supply you with map free of
charge. But of course you will only receive that once you are there. Too
late for planning purposes.
