I don't really care very much if Concorde gets flying again at airshow.
Yes, Concorde was a magnificent (and expensive) achievement, but that
era has passed. What will be the point of cruising around a group of
spectators if it can't get up to Mach 2. And that will take a lot of fuel
which isn't really on the cards (oops) these days. Somehow times change,
and the problems we face are different these days.

I apologise for posting in these groups, it was not intended, but due to
the serious abuse of crossposting by the OP noddfellow. He had placed his
post in the newsgroup uk.local.isle-of-wight with sneaky follow-up to
other groups, and not the group he started in. Abuse report filed.
