Default New Dining Times On Holland America

One problem we have encountered is when the show is after each dinner,
the early-seated people (and their children) go back to their cabins and
fool around and change into shorts and take the seats at the late show.
We late-seated people didn't dare linger over coffee, 'cause there
weren't any good seats left.

Candy -- would really rather get a good spot at the craps table, anyway

Wonder how they will arrange the shows?

On Zuiderdam, the show for main (late) seating guests started at
10:30, except for the last night, when the main (late) seating show
was pre-dinner. So, if you're the earlier shift of the main (late)
seating, you might have to kill some time before the show. I was at
the 8:30 late seating, and we barely made it to the shows before they
started.

I believe the show for early diners started at 8:30, so those with the
6:00 seating might have a few minutes after dinner before they head to
the show lounge.

Default New Dining Times On Holland America

"Peter Berlin" wrote in room. We received this
advisory today.
Dining will be staggered as follows:

EU - EARLY UPPER - 05:45 p.m.

EL - EARLY LOWER - 06:15 p.m.

MU - MAIN UPPER - 08:00 p.m.

ML - MAIN LOWER - 08:30 p.m.

For the ships without the two-tiered dining rooms (NO/PR)
the following dining codes will be inputted:

1. E - EARLY (1ST) - 06:00 p.m.

2. M - MAIN (2ND) - 08:15 p.m."

Will this be in effect on the new Westerdam in May, Peter?

Thanks,
Jean
