Has anyone stayed in this hotel in Paris? Opinions, please.

Hi!

I never stayed in this hotel..but in the same distrcit in the 12th, I
stayed at Hotel Paris Bercy, a small 1 star hotel with very cheap rates
too...Rooms are really very clean and bathroom too...Reception staff
are really helpful and welcoming...You can see it on
