Is this guy for real? I mean posting his resume in a travel group?

I think he must be a newbi to technology and is simply dumping his stuff
everywhere he can find in the hope that someone will be nutty enough to
pay attention. FFM

To exercise a bit of compassion -

If you read the resume, he's just spent 10 year in the Marines. That
deserves a little respect and some slack.

I hope he finds a decent job.
