Looking for House Rental: Possibly Pocono's to sleep 16-23

Hi:

Looking for a house to rent, possibly in the Pocono's (or elsewhere in the New
York/PA area, Catskills, etc) for a week this summer. Able to accomodate
extended family 16 - 23 people (not yet sure who will be able to attend) Hot
tub, pool table, would be ideal, and a dock is on the wish list :-)

If you have any suggestions, or have stayed at a property please drop me a
line.
