Default Soverign of the Seas Boarding Time

Monday May 8 Port Canaveral Soverign of the Seas.
Does anyone know the earliest boarding time.
We are driving up from Port Saint Lucie and would like to know when to
leave, etc.
Thanks.

They say boarding is at 2 but they usually start boarding around 12 or
12:30. You can't get in your room until 1 so you go and eat lunch.

Agreed. Sovereign has the unique position of having the port to itself
as its embarkation days are Mondays and Fridays. (The other ships out of
Port Canaveral tend to arrive and leave on Saturday and Sundays.)

So this means they generally clear the port authority quite quickly and
then they can begin boarding as soon as the previous voyage's passengers
are all off. You can't get into the rooms until 1 or 2 pm to give the
room attendants time to clean them.

Carnival's Fantasy will also be in port on May 8th also.
